The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

St. Luca does not tolerate forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking anywhere in its supply chain.

The house works directly with a small number of workshops and material suppliers, based mainly in Italy. Because these relationships are direct, St. Luca knows who makes its products and where they are made. Every supplier is expected to comply with applicable labour laws and to maintain safe and lawful working conditions.

As a newly established house, St. Luca does not currently commission independent third-party audits; suppliers are assessed directly, through its own relationships and visits. Any supplier who fails to meet these standards will not continue to work with the house. These practices will be formalised as St. Luca grows.
